Boycotting Easter Eggs
I'm disgusted by the greed and by the assumption of greed. I don't care how early Easter is, there is no justification for placing easter eggs in the supermarkets in the aisles alongside discounted Christmas decorations.
Bring back seasons!
On New Year's Eve I discovered two grown men stacking out Easter Eggs in Tesco. I confronted them to see if they felt any shame about the task they had been given. Their response was that the eggs had been available in Woolworths from before Christmas Eve.
Frankly, that defence cuts no seasonal frosting with me, and I am therefore boycotting easter eggs this year in protest at the insensitivity of the chocolate manufacturers and retailers.
